How can I book a guided tour, and what should I expect?
Booking a guided tour is easy using our online booking platform. Simply select your preferred tour, choose a date, and secure your spot. On the day of the tour, expect to be greeted by our experienced local guides who will lead you through Sedona’s scenic trails while sharing fascinating insights about the area’s natural history. Safety briefings and riding tips are provided to ensure a safe adventure.
What safety equipment is provided, and can I bring my own gear?
We provide essential safety equipment, including helmets and gloves, with all bike rentals.
What are the best trails for beginners to explore in Sedona?
Sedona offers numerous trails suitable for all skill levels. For beginners, we recommend exploring the farmers loop and the 525 road, which provide gentle terrain and breathtaking views. Our trail guides highlight these routes and our staff is available to share insights to ensure you have an enjoyable experience.
Are there age or height requirements for bike rentals and tours?
Yes, for the safety of all participants, we have a minimum age requirement of 12 years old (as a passenger of course) for both bike rentals and guided tours. The operator of the motorcycle must have a motorcycle endorsement.
What is your cancellation policy for bookings?
We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Customers can cancel their bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Modifications or cancellations made after this period may incur a (INSERT FEE) fee. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for detailed information. For safety reasons, if there is rain or snow you may cancel the morning of with no penalty.
