We offer a focused selection of high-performance dual sport motorcycles, ideal for riders looking to explore both off-road trails and scenic paved routes across Arizona’s red rock country. Our current lineup includes the lightweight Honda CRF 300L and the powerful Honda Africa Twin — both maintained to the highest standards to ensure a safe, smooth, and unforgettable ride through the Sedona area and Verde Valley. Whether you’re new to dual sport or a seasoned rider, our bikes are ready for your next self-guided adventure.

How can I book, and what should I expect?

Booking your ride is quick and easy through our online reservation system. Just select your bike, choose your date, and you’re set. On the day of your rental, we’ll meet you at our official meet-up location: Alcantara Vineyards in Cottonwood, Arizona. From there, we’ll provide a brief orientation, go over safety protocols, and make sure you’re geared up and ready to go.

What safety equipment is provided, and can I bring my own gear?

We provide essential safety equipment, including helmets and gloves, with all bike rentals.

What are the best trails for beginners to explore in Sedona?

The Sedona region offers an incredible range of dual sport riding, with routes suited for beginners and seasoned riders alike. For those new to off-road or looking for a scenic warm-up, we recommend starting with the Farmer’s Loop and the 525 Road — both offering manageable terrain and jaw-dropping red rock views.

We provide GPS-friendly route recommendations so you can easily navigate these trails using your phone or GPS device. Our team is also available to share tips and insights to help match your skill level with the right ride — ensuring you have a safe, smooth, and unforgettable experience on your self-guided journey.

Are there age or height requirements for bike rentals and tours?

All riders must be 21 years of age or older, as required by our insurance provider. The operator of the motorcycle must present a valid driver’s license with a motorcycle endorsement at check-in — no exceptions.

Safety is our top priority, and we’re committed to making sure every rider is properly licensed, equipped, and ready for the road (or trail).

What is your cancellation policy for bookings?

We understand that plans can change, so we offer a flexible cancellation policy. Customers can cancel their bookings up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund. Modifications or cancellations made after this period may incur a (INSERT FEE) fee. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for detailed information. For safety reasons, if there is rain or snow you may cancel the morning of with no penalty.

Do you offer any group discounts or special packages?

Yes, Monks Moto Adventures offers group discounts for parties of five or more. While all rides are self-guided, we’re happy to help you build a custom rental experience for corporate events, family gatherings, or special outings. This can include suggested GPS routes, coordinated pickup at Alcantara Vineyards, and flexible scheduling to keep your group ride smooth and stress-free. Contact us to discuss details and pricing.

Where is the pickup location on our rental day?

All rentals are picked up at our official meet-up location: Alcantara Vineyards in Cottonwood, Arizona. This location offers a beautiful, convenient starting point for your self-guided adventure through Sedona and the Verde Valley. At this time, we do not offer alternative pickup locations — all rides begin and end at Alcantara.
